One of the country’s premier retailers, Wren Kitchens, is welcoming customers into the biggest kitchen showroom in West London following rapid refurbishment of an old stationery store.
The state-of-the-art 15,432 sq.ft. showroom in Acton’s West Five Centre on Western Ave, has been officially opened by the Mayor of Ealing Cllr Dr Abdullah Gulaid.
But this was only possible thanks to a tripartite effort by contractor Faircloth Construction, project managers, Redbourne Group and HBPW.
Associate Shaun Strugnell explains. “Clearly this had been identified as a landmark site by Wren Kitchens and once they had made the decision to open there, the race was on to strip out the premises, once occupied by a firm of stationery suppliers, and get the new tenant up and running.”
It took just six months to completely transform the building which has played its part in helping create 25 new jobs in the locality.
“HBPW was asked to complete all the steelwork drawings which involved producing an external façade. This has not only given the building a striking look but has also provided a frame onto which the company has been able to mount its signage, creating a strongly branded identify for Wren Kitchens in the area.”
Wren Kitchens is a privately owned British designer, manufacturer, and retailer of kitchens. This is its 84th showroom.
