What do you do when a huge football team is promoted to the Premier League and it’s a race against time to get its ground fit for the new season? You call in HBPW and our expert team!

The ageing Loftus Road Queen’s Park Rangers stadium needed a thorough update to ensure it adequately met the needs of broadcasters, as well as its eager fans!

Thanks to our experience in improving major stadiums, our team was delighted to help!

Two large screen scoreboards were installed and platforms were erected to ensure cameras could be mounted in order to cover the action on the pitch!

That’s not all; new offices needed assessment, as well as calculations and inspection to guarantee that structural capacities were not exceeded.

HBPW Consulting Director Paul Withers said: “All of this work had to be done in couple of weeks! As we were designing it, they were building it!”

The upcoming issue of HBPW’s company newsletter gives more on our involvement on Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux stadium – don’t miss it!
