HBPW has passed out with top honours just 12 months after the successful introduction of its Quality Management System.
Under the watchful eye of Associate, Paul Jacklin, the QMS was phased in as part of the on going strategy to continually raise standards within the firm.
And, just a year on, the visiting auditor gave HBPW a clean bill of health with a 100% pass rate and no ‘referrals’, issues that have to be dealt with as a matter of priority.
“The auditor from BSI visits annually to ensure that our ISO 9001 / 2008 Quality Management System is compliant with British standards. This 100 per cent pass rate is not only testimony to how thorough our own staff are in maintaining it, but also a reassurance for clients who know we have the industry ‘badge’ to prove that, as a firm, we remain in the premier league.”
