Services: 3D Visualisation
3D models allow HBPW and its clients to visualise finished projects before the soil has even been turned. Building Information Modelling (BIM) seeks to deliver better buildings, more quickly and at lower cost, by integrating multidisciplinary skillsets and teams in order to eradicate design integration problems before they happen.
New technology is something that HBPW has always sought to embrace, and 3D modelling has been used to great effect on a raft of projects, from the National Trust’s Gibside Hall, in which we produced a 3D representation of an elevated walkway, to the Immingham Renewable Fuels Terminal, where our client was able to visualise the multidisciplinary integration of the project, which included four huge silos.
Effective BIM implementation helps avoid design alterations, reducing risk and time re-working the scheme, whilst 3D visualisation creates clarity of thought and satisfies our increasing requirement for visual on-screen representation. HBPW understands this and has, for that reason, invested in such IT technology.
By using state-of-the-art software, our team of engineers is able to maximise visual opportunities, all the time ensuring that time wasting is kept to a minimum whilst budgets are optimised. BIM helps eradicate simple, but often important, error points whilst our 3D modelling service enhances the client experience.
